The challenge preventing users from accessing their courses has now been resolved. All users should have normal access restored.

Our team has now deployed an optimization for this challenge where users were unable to interact with their Learning items and they can start completing their Courses / Learning Plans as expected

Note: we recommend users refresh their browser before clicking Start Course / Continue
