Primary Shared Interconnection impacted

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

We want to inform you that this issue is due to a hardware problem in our third-party provider's network. The provider's engineers are currently investigating the issue to determine the cause and implement a resolution as quickly as possible.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Equinix Metal has experienced a fault which is affecting Shared Fabric interconnections in the Sao Paulo metro.

Customers with redundant interconnections are experiencing impact to primary virtual circuits only. Redundant secondary virtual circuits remain in operation. Customers with non-redundant interconnections may be experiencing mixed impact to their virtual circuits.
