Further investigation revealed that Dark fiber provider is performing emergency maintenance for fiber relocation and there was no notification sent to affected customers. The maintenance is expected to be completed at 10:00 hrs UTC.

Dark fiber link between MI3 and MI6 went down.

Equinix Fabric Metro Remote port and Unprotected Metro Connect circuits experience service interruption while Protected Metro Connect circuits experienced 50ms switching hit. Equinix engineers are investigating issue.
