Due to compatibility issues, Equinix engineers were unable to replace the faulty line card. As a result, the customer's services are being migrated to new ports.

One of the line cards of secondary Equinix Connect / Equinix Internet Access device has failed.

Single-Port Equinix Connect (EC) and Equinix Internet Access (EIA) customers experienced service interruption while no impact to Dual-Port EC and EIA customers due to redundancy. Equinix Engineers have tried to reseat the module but still failing. We are currently sourcing spare line cards to replace the faulty hardware.
