You may experience that the healthcare allowance (zorgtoeslag) is not granted in a 2025 income tax return when applying actual return in box 3. The Box 3 actual return is incorrectly added to the Box 3 assets. This results that in some scenarios the healthcare allowance (zorgtoeslag) is not granted, while the Box 3 assets are below the asset limit. We have identified the cause of this issue and are currently working on a fix. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
