Our engineers have identified the contributing factor and are applying a fix to our Bogota (BOG), Buenos Aires (EZE), Rio de Janeiro (GIG), Santiago (SCL), Sao Paulo (GRU) Point of Presence (POP).All other locations and services are unaffected.
