Outbound Email Deliverability Impacts

We continue to work with SendGrid on email delivery improvements and have seen a decrease in reported issues. Emails are successfully leaving FieldEdge and being accepted by SendGrid, though some recipients may still experience delays or filtering by third-party security providers. We are implementing additional improvements and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

We have identified the main root cause impacting outbound email delivery and are actively working with our email delivery provider, SendGrid, to implement corrective measures. As mitigation efforts have progressed, we have observed a decrease in reported delivery issues. Our investigation confirms that emails are successfully leaving the FieldEdge platform and being accepted by SendGrid. However, some messages continue to experience delays or blocking by certain third-party email security providers. We remain engaged with our delivery partners and vendors to fully resolve the issue and restore normal delivery performance for all recipients.
