As of today, emergency SMS messages will be sent from short code 53291, and all other messages will continue to come from 97178.

This update restores your previous two-number setup and maintains the improved message reliability and deliverability we implemented to resolve recent filtering issues.

“Sign In As” Feature Re-Enabled
The “Sign In As” feature has been re-enabled. Some features remain disabled as the investigation continues. Read more in this knowledge base article.

As of today, SMS will now be sent from short code 97178 instead of 54968.

This change has been made to increase message reliability and deliverability, resolving the recent filtering issue that was blocking some SMS messages containing links, email addresses, and phone numbers.

Increased Filtering of SMS Messages
The Issue: Some SMS messages are being caught by filters applied by our upstream service providers. This typically prevents the message from being delivered and may manifest in your UI as a 30006 or 30007 error.
