Incident Summary
Description:
We identified an issue for some HubSpot connectors which resulted in syncs failing with an "Unknown failure. error code: 1006" error.
Timeline:
This issue began on August 15th at 01:25 AM UTC and was resolved on August 15th at 09:00 AM UTC.
Cause:
The Fivetran IP Address for connectors running in the us-east4 region was temporarily blocked by HubSpot.
Resolution:
Unblocking the IP address in Hubspot resolved this issue.
HubSpot has unblocked the us-east4 IP Address and previously failing API calls are now succeeding.
We will continue to monitor all affected connectors until they resume their normal sync functionality.
It appears that the Fivetran IP address for the us-east4 region has been blocked by HubSpot. We are currently awaiting an update from HubSpot on the same.
We have reached out to HubSpot Support for the issue and are continuing to investigate on our end.
The issue has been identified and we are working to resolve it.
