Fivetran Platform Connectors Missing Data in Log Table

This incident has been resolved.

The issue was resolved for most of the connectors. If the connector had synced after 2024-09-04 09:00:00 UTC, the log data should be correct. We will continue to monitor the remaining affected connectors.

We have implemented a fix to address the missing log data between 2024-09-02 10:00 UTC and 2024-09-03 09:30 UTC. Data will be backfilled for the affected connectors in subsequent incremental sync. We will continue to monitor all impacted connectors.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

We are working on the automatic restoration of missed log data. Starting tomorrow, missed logs will be filled out during normal connector syncs.

We have identified the issue and fixed it, but there is a gap in historical log data between 2024-09-02 10:00 UTC and 2024-09-03 09:30 UTC that we will fill in soon.

We've identified an issue in which the Log Table for Fivetran Connectors is not updating data at the destination despite showing a successful connector status. We are actively working to resolve this issue.
