Our third-party texting provider has resolved the issue impacting texting for some Follow Up Boss customers. We are continuing to monitor throughout the day to ensure a full recovery.

Our third-party texting provider continues to work towards a solution for Follow Up Boss customers experiencing an interruption in texting. We are seeing early signs of recovery for some customers and will continue to work with our partner on a full recovery throughout the weekend.

Follow Up Boss is continuing to monitor the situation and engage in communications with the third-party provider who is investigating their service disruption.

The third party which provides functionality for texting is currently experiencing a partial service disruption that is causing increased text message delivery failures.
