As of 2:15 PM AEST, we are observing signs of stability in the Business Look Up service, and downstream impacts to Credit Reports appear to be resolving as well.

We are currently experiencing a complete outage with the Business Look Up service starting from 01:09 PM AEST. This outage is also impacting Credit Reports, as they rely on data from the Business Look Up service.

Our team is actively investigating the root cause and is working with the upstream provider to restore functionality as quickly as possible.
