Our vendor, HotDocs, has confirmed that all services have been restored, and we are pleased to report that everything is now functioning normally with our Online Leasing Document Generation feature.

Our vendor, HotDocs, has identified the issue with their cloud infrastructure affecting our Online Leasing Product.

Some fixes have been implemented, and as a result, we are beginning to see lease documents and notices being generated again on our platform, though the process is still somewhat slow. This indicates that the implemented fixes are starting to take effect, but full recovery is not yet complete.

We anticipate a gradual recovery over the next 90 minutes as the fixes continue to be applied and system performance improves. During this time, you may still experience some delays, but these should lessen progressively.

We understand the inconvenience this issue has caused and deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to resolve it. We are currently experiencing an outage with one of our vendors, HotDocs, which is affecting our Online Leasing Product.
