Partial Outage: Unable to eSign some Online Leasing Lease Revisions

Verified all lease documents can be electronically signed and countersigned for all clients.

We have identified the issue and deployed a resolution. We are currently validating that the issue has been fully resolved and will share updates shortly.

We have received a few reports from some of our Online Leasing customers experiencing issues with e-signing some of their lease revision documents using our online leasing product. Our team has identified that the issue is affecting lease revisions that involve changes to the start date, end date, lease term, or unit. We are currently working on a fix and will deploy it shortly.
