Incident Report: TransUnion Outage

The intermittent issues with our screening provider, TransUnion, have been resolved. TransUnion is continuing to test and monitor on their end to ensure full restoration of services.

We are currently working with Transunion on generating the reports for applications impacted during the outage. Once these reports are ready, our system will reprocess those screening requests.
