Fuze incident - Issues with Chat, Status, Hub, Worker Service

We have had no further reports of the issue and show all services as functioning as expected. This incident is now closed.

AWS have resolved the issue, and expect that all services are functioning as expected. We will monitor this event for the next 30 minutes before setting the status to "Resolved." If you continue to experience issues, please contact support via the Community.

Currently there are ongoing issues with one of our providers located on US East Coast, which is impacting us as most of our Fuze services are deployed on AWS. Further details and updates on their progress can be seen here: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status. In the meantime we will continue to investigate as well on our end and monitor closely. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and we will provide updates as soon as they become available.
