As of 0920, OIT staff have mitigated the issue affecting banner and affected services such as registration via CHG0029269.

At this time, server load has been identified as a possible cause of the incident, but staff are continuing to troubleshoot the problem as well as monitor the service throughout the day.

As of 1045, OIT staff have received and verified reports of Oscar registration not being available or slow. Staff are investigating the cause of the issue in an effort to resolve the problem. Please come back to this site for current updates.

Oscar registration is available again as of 1130 and staff continue to analyze the root cause of the initial problem, believing it to be server load.
