The student epay portal is currently not functioning correctly. Navigation to the site leads to another login page instead of an actual payment option. OIT staff are aware and are currently working to resolve the problem. If you have immediate questions or concerns, please file a ticket via services.gatech.edu
TouchNet Bill Pay site continues to be inaccessible for students. As a result, students are still not able to make payments or deposits at this time. OIT is working with the vendor to get service restored as quickly as possible.

Additional changes have been made to API calls between TouchNet and Banner. These changes have resolved the login issue, but the GT staff will continue to monitor the system throughout the weekend. We will leave the Major Incident ticket open until Monday as we continue to monitor the system.
