Outage Details

OIT Network Services is aware of issues affecting some of the functionality within the clientless VPN portal (vpn.gatech.edu). Users are currently able to authenticate to the portal and reach the landing page with a list of applications, but attempts to browse to any website/application (whether through a pre-defined application tile, or manually entering a URL) will show a "404 Not Found" error page.

Engineers are working with the vendor to restore proper functionality. In the interim, users may utilize the GlobalProtect Software Client to access VPN-restricted resources. VPN client downloads are functional in the Clientless Portal, despite the other browsing issues. Please note that any connections utilizing the GlobalProtect Software Client (e.g. on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android - not the clientless/browser-based VPN client) are not affected and are not known to be experiencing any issues at this time.
