Outage Details
Updating to macOS Tahoe will cause all new recordings to produce corrupted video files. Video playback freezes both on Kaltura MediaSpace and locally on the device. Upgrading to macOS Tahoe at this time will render Kaltura Capture unusable until a fix is released. We are actively monitoring the situation and will update this page as soon as a resolution is available from the vendor.
