OIT Collaboration and Productivity Solutions team has been made aware that some Adjunct Faculty are unable to access their mailboxes. This appears to have been caused by an unexpected change in status.

Overrides have been put in place to restore access to the Microsoft applications and services should be restored in the next few hours.

Users are starting to report being able to access their mailboxes again. With this fix in place, more accounts should be recovering over time today.
