M365 Issues Linked to Azure Outage

Microsoft has reported issues with various Microsoft 365 applications following a portion of Azure outage. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates. At this time, we know Loop, Power Apps, and Teams are impacted. Exchange Online and parts of the M365 Suite are also having issues.

Microsoft has completed a deployment of a healthy configuration to assist in solving this service disruption and is actively monitoring service recovery. This recovery is intended by them to be gradual and will take time to take full-effect. We will update this when we receive more information.

Microsoft is still in the process of bringing their infrastructure back to a healthy state and is continuing to monitor this issue closely. Issues relating to M365 are still persisting at this time.

Microsoft is continuing to observe elevated error rates, indicating ongoing service degradation despite earlier signs of improvement. After thorough investigation, they have ruled out the CDN as a contributing factor. Their teams are actively rolling back recent service-side changes as part of their mitigation efforts. Restoring full service functionality remains the top priority, and we will provide further updates as progress is made.
