OIT was notified of an issue where users who login are not able to see nor access virtual desktops at this time. Users who were already logged into virtual desktops before the issue occurred (approximately 7:00PM) are not having this problem. Any user with a fresh session cannot access virtual desktops currently. We will update this status when we have any further information.

OIT is currently investigating this issue.

Our engineering team has identified the root cause of the Citrix MyCloud outage. Restoration efforts are underway to restore services.
Users may still experience limited access or degraded performance during this process.
We will continue monitoring the restoration and provide the next update within 60 minutes.
