Issue:
The production clientless VPN portal is currently in a degraded state. Web‑based applications and download links for the Linux and Windows 11 ARM GlobalProtect clients are not working through the clientless VPN at this time.
The Windows and macOS GlobalProtect clients remain available through the “Download Windows/macOS VPN Client” link on the production VPN portal.
At this time, VPN connections using the GlobalProtect client (e.g., for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Windows 11 ARM) are functioning normally.
Workaround:
Until the issue is resolved, users may access the test VPN portal at
https://test.vpn.gatech.edu

The test VPN portal uses SSO-based authentication, so the login experience will differ from production and users may not be prompted to re-enter their credentials.
