Increase in errors when using SSH signatures

We are seeing an increase in 500 errors from the SSH signature endpoints affecting commit-related pages for projects using SSH-signed commits. A possible workaround is to use `git pull` and work locally. Details in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/production/-/issues/20989
