Intermittent issues with Instant Bank Payments for Virgin Money.

We have confirmed that Instant Bank Payments from Virgin Money are working as expected again.

Virgin Money Bank has resolved the issue affecting Instant Bank Payments made to the bank. As a result, the bank will now appear on the list of institutions for Instant Bank Payments (on the payer's side).
