Our Engineers have now fixed the issue. We would suggest merchants add the IBANs again and it should work fine.
We will continue monitoring to ensure there are no further issues.
We are seeing an issue with adding some Spanish IBANs on the GoCardless platform (Dashboard and APIs) at the moment.
