We have resolved the issue causing difficulties with GoGuardian Fleet sync, which users may have experienced between 10:00AM and 1:30PM Pacific time. Service has been fully restored. We apologize for any trouble caused by this issue.
We have implemented a fix to resolve issues related to syncing GoGuardian Fleet and service has been restored for a majority of our customers. We will continue to monitor performance to ensure full functionality. We apologize for any trouble caused by this issue.
Some users may experience trouble syncing information from the Google Admin Console to GoGuardian Fleet, starting at approximately 10AM Pacific Time.
