Our engineering team has applied the fix which has successfully mitigated the issue. We apologize to all who were affected by the disruption. ### Diagnosis: Impacted customers may have received an error message stating ‘The message violates our Acceptable Use Policy’. The issue has impacted only consumer users and not Google Workspace users. ### Workaround: Customers may retry to send the SMS which might have resolved the issue. Sending SMS messages from Android or iOS devices appeared to be functioning correctly.
