### **Summary:** Some customers were unable to send SMS on Google Voice. ### **Description:** We have experienced an issue with Google Voice beginning on Monday, 2025-02-17 at 07:06 US/Pacific. Our engineering team has applied the fix which has successfully mitigated the issue. We apologize to all who were affected by the disruption. ### **Diagnosis:** Impacted customers may have received an error message stating ‘The message violates our Acceptable Use Policy’. The issue has impacted only consumer users and not Google Workspace users. ### **Workaround:** Customers may retry to send the SMS which might have resolved the issue. Sending SMS messages from Android or iOS devices appeared to be functioning correctly.
