We are actively investigating reports that some GoTo Connect customers may be experiencing issues, notably with messaging, some incoming call notifications. as well as loading GoTo Admin. Our engineers are working to identify the issue and will provide another update shortly.

We have confirmed that the issue has been resolved and that all systems are 100% operational.

We will conduct an internal review of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our system to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.

Our engineers have corrected the issue which arose as a side-effect of mitigating the initial problem.

The main impact was an error message when starting the GoTo App, on Desktop, Web or Mobile. Recovery is going to be transparent for these clients and, specifically for the mobile app, can also be manually triggered by simply re-opening the application on the mobile device.

We will continue monitoring the situation through our internal metrics and provide a final update shortly.
