GoToMeeting and multiple GoTo applications experienced a major authentication issue causing 504 timeouts that prevented users from logging in and performing operations across GoTo Admin, Connect, Meetings, Resolve, and other services. The incident lasted 1.2 hours before engineers identified and corrected the underlying cause. All systems were confirmed fully operational after monitoring showed sustained recovery.
