Engineering has released a fix and as of 17:22, customers should no longer experience issues accessing the Frontend Observability app.

We will continue to monitor for recurrence and provide updates accordingly.

The fix is being deployed to all regions right now. We're monitoring the progress and will update the status once it's reached all regions.

Correcting the affected components - during the investigation, it turned out that all regions are affected by the incident.

We were alerted to an issue with accessing Frontend Observability. Users experiencing this issue may encounter a 404 when trying to access Frontend Observability app. FE Observability engineers are actively engaged and assessing the issue. We will provide updates accordingly. All regions are affected.
