We are currently investigating an issue with accessing cases within Case Viewer. We will post a further update shortly. We apologise for any inconvenience this is causing.

Our engineers have identified this issue is affecting Dashboard.

Internal customer staff are able to create new cases in Dashboard, however cases cannot be continued. This is an intermittent issue.

Citizens can continue cases assigned to them in the Customer Portal.

Our teams are working on a resolution and further updates will be provided.
