Targeted Messaging Service (TMS) – SMS Delivery Issues

The issue affecting SMS text message delivery within the Targeted Messaging Service (TMS) has been resolved. SMS-based multi-factor authentication (MFA) has been restored, and normal service has been confirmed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

A corrective action has been implemented, and we are monitoring the service to confirm the recovery of SMS-based multi-factor authentication (MFA). Email-based MFA remains available as a workaround where enabled. We will provide a further update once normal service has been validated.

We continue to investigate and work toward restoring normal SMS delivery for the Targeted Messaging Service (TMS). SMS and phone-call multi-factor authentication (MFA) are currently impaired, which may prevent some users from completing login using those methods.

Workaround: Users who have email-based MFA enabled may use email to receive their verification code and complete authentication.
