Partial Service Outage

This issue has been resolved, and our engineering team continues to monitor for any signs of degraded performance or slow response times. We apologize for the disruption, and thank you again for your patience as we worked through it.

The Graphium Health Team

We have implemented a fix to address the resource exhaustion we were observing and are actively monitoring. Currently, all services are fully operational, and response times are within expected thresholds.

We are still experiencing intermittent capacity issues that are causing slow response times. We're actively working on a permanent fix. In the meantime, we're monitoring for performance degradation and impending service disruption, and manually adjusting resources.
