Intermittent Data Synchronization Degradation

All services have remained in stable condition throughout our extended monitoring period. We have deployed additional safeguards to limit the likelihood of similar service degradation in the future. This incident is resolved.

The data synchronization services remain stable and fully operational. We plan to continue in a monitoring state for an extended period of time as the team takes additional resiliency measures to ensure long term stability.

All services have returned to fully operational. Our team is working on a long term solution to this incident. We will continue to monitor and update this post as progress is made.

We are currently experiencing degraded performance with a subset of our data synchronization services. This is a recurrence of the incident that was opened yesterday. Engineers are working to restore services back to fully functional and we will post updates as progress is made.
