Service disruption due to 3rd party hosting outage

All Grocers List systems are operating normally. While our hosting provider continues to resolve their broader service issue, our application remains stable and fully functional.

We’re closely monitoring the situation and will post an update or open a new incident if there are any changes.

We are continuing to monitor but systems appear to be operational. We're awaiting our hosting provider to resolve their incident before we resolve ours.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Our hosting service is experiencing issues that are affecting the Grocers List HQ and DM sending. Once our hosting provider resolves this issue we expect all DM's to send retroactively as normal. We will post an update every hour or as we learn more.
