Error sending DMs for instagram

The issue with DMs not sending has been resolved. We are still following a bug in the Meta comments API that is preventing us from sending comment replies.

We've identified an issue with comment replies not sending. This appears to be related to the same original issue around the Meta comments api. We're still working with Meta to resolve the underlying issue.

We're still seeing errors with DM sending on Instagram. Since our last update, we've been in direct contact with Meta and are working to get this escalated to the appropriate team as quickly as possible for resolution.
