An Issue in HENNGE Access Control (Admin Console)

現在、HENNGE Access Control の管理画面へのアクセスにつきまして、次のような事象が発生することを確認しております。 ■発生している事象 管理者権限のあるユーザーで管理画面にアクセスすると、下記のエラーが表示され「ログイン」を押して再度管理画面にアクセスしようとすると同じエラーが表示される。 ■エラーメッセージ -------------------------------------------- ログアウトしました セッションが無効になりました。再度ログインしてください。 -------------------------------------------- このような事象が発生した場合、恐れ入りますが HENNGE Access Control からの明示的なログアウトを実施いただき 再度ログインしてから管理画面へアクセスをお試しください。 ■ログアウト方法 方法1: ポータル画面(*1)の右上のユーザー名をクリックし「ログアウト」を選択 ※1: https://ap.ssso.hdems.com/portal/{貴社ドメイン}/ 方法2: 下記のURLにアクセスする 　　 https://ap.ssso.hdems.com/portal/{貴社ドメイン}/logout なお管理画面へのアクセス以外については問題は確認されておらず、正常にご利用いただけます。 ご迷惑をおかけしており恐れ入りますが、何卒よろしくお願いいたします。 ------------------ We are currently observing the following issue when accessing the HENNGE Access Control administration screen: ■Observed Issue When a user with administrator privileges attempts to access the administration screen, the following error is displayed. If they click "Login" to try and access the screen again, the same error reappears. ■Error Message -------------------------------------------- Logged out Session no longer valid, log in again -------------------------------------------- If you encounter this issue, we kindly request that you explicitly log out of HENNGE Access Control and then attempt to access the administration screen again after logging back in. ■How to Log Out Method 1: Click your username in the upper right corner of the portal screen (*1) and select "Logout." *1: https://ap.ssso.hdems.com/portal/{your_domain}/ Method 2: Access the following URL: https://ap.ssso.hdems.com/portal/{your_domain}/logout Please note that no issues have been confirmed for anything other than accessing the administration screen, and other services remain fully functional.
