An Issue in HENNGE Email DLP: Email delivery delays from Gmail

本件につきまして、弊社サービス側でも Gmail からのメール受付および、Gmail 宛のメール配信ともに正常に行われていることを確認いたしました。
システム側でも異常は見られないため解消したと判断いたします。

Regarding this issue, we have confirmed that both receiving emails from Gmail and delivering emails to Gmail are functioning normally on our service side.
As no abnormalities are detected in our systems, we consider this matter resolved.

なお、本事象は Exchange Online からのメール配送には影響がないことを確認しております。

We have confirmed that there are partial delays in email delivery from Gmail within HENNGE Email DLP.

Our system team is currently conducting a detailed investigation into this issue, including inquiries with Google.

Please note that we have confirmed that this issue does not affect email delivery from Exchange Online.
