大変お手数ではございますが、本事象の影響を受けておりましたお客様は発行済の入場証で、HENNGE Access Control へのログインが可能か（アクセスが許可されるか）をご確認ください。
もし事象が継続している場合には、HENNGE One サポート窓口までご連絡くださいますと幸いです。

現在、一部の HENNGE Access Control 環境において、ログイン時に入場証Cookieによるアクセス許可が正常に行われない事象を確認しております。
※その他のアクセス許可条件（IPアドレス、デバイス証明書など）については問題なくご利用いただけることを確認しております。

原因調査及び対応を実施中です。

We are currently observing an issue where access permission via the entrance pass cookie is not functioning correctly during login for some HENNGE Access Control environments.
※Other access permission conditions (such as IP address and device certificates) are confirmed to be operating without issues.
