Microsoft 365のサービス正常性にて本事象の解消が確認された旨の更新がありました。
弊社環境でも確認したところ、正常にアクセスが可能であることを確認いたしました。

Microsoft 365's service health dashboard has been updated to indicate that this issue is resolved. We have also confirmed on our end that access is now working properly.

現在 Microsoft 365 へのアクセス時に特定の URL（ https://portal.office.com から始まるURL ）を利用してアクセスするとエラーが発生する事象が確認されております。

本事象は Microsoft 365管理センターのサービス正常性にも掲載されています。
下記 URL に Microsoft 365管理者アカウントでログインしてご確認いただけますと幸いです。

なお、弊社にて確認している範囲とはなりますが Webブラウザから下記のような URL によるアクセスは正常に行えるようでございます。
お急ぎの場合は下記の URL を一時的な代替としてご利用いただくこともご検討ください。

・Outlook on the Web に直接アクセスするURL
https://outlook.office365.com/owa/[domain]

・Microsoft 365 トップページにアクセスするURL
https://login.microsoftonline.com/

We've confirmed an issue where an error occurs when accessing Microsoft 365 through specific URLs, such as those starting with https://portal.office.com.

This issue is also posted on the Microsoft 365 admin center's Service Health dashboard. You can check the details by logging in with your Microsoft 365 administrator account at the following URL:

In our testing, we have found that accessing Microsoft 365 through the following URLs via a web browser seems to work normally. If this is an urgent matter, please consider using these URLs as a temporary alternative:

To access Outlook on the Web directly:
https://outlook.office365.com/owa/[domain]

To access the Microsoft 365 top page:
https://login.microsoftonline.com/
