An Issue in HENNGE Cloud Protection: Access Denied to Admin Console

本件について続報です。

その後の確認の結果、昨日発生しておりました AWS障害による HENNGE Cloud Protection への影響は下記の2点であることがわかりました。

・管理画面へのアクセス不可（10月20日復旧済み）
・一部のスキャン不可（復旧後、自動的に再試行が行われております）

上述の通り、AWS障害発生中に一部のスキャンが行われない状況もございましたが、復旧後に自動的に再試行が行われております。

この度はご迷惑をおかけしましたことを改めてお詫び申し上げます。

We are providing a follow-up report on this issue.

Following further investigation, we have determined that the impact of the AWS outage on HENNGE Cloud Protection, which occurred yesterday, was limited to the following two points:

Inability to access the Management Screen (Restored on October 20th)

Partial scanning failure (Automatic retries were initiated after restoration)

As mentioned above, while some scans were not executed during the AWS outage, automatic retries have been performed following the restoration of the service.

We sincerely apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused.

その他の影響につきましては引き続き確認を実施しております。
