An Issue in HENNGE Device Certificate

HENNGE Access Control のデバイス証明書（HENNGE Device Certificate）の発行および失効に時間がかかる事象につきまして
対応が完了し現在は正常に処理が行われることを確認しております。

また本事象の発生中にリクエストいただいた発行及び失効の処理もすべて完了していることを確認しております。

Here is an update regarding this matter.

We have confirmed that the issue where issuing and revoking HENNGE Access Control device certificates (HENNGE Device Certificate) took a long time has been resolved, and processing is now being carried out normally.

Furthermore, we have verified that all issuing and revocation requests made during the period when this issue occurred have also been completed.

We apologize for the inconvenience this matter has caused.

現在 HENNGE Access Control のデバイス証明書（HENNGE Device Certificate）発行及び失効に時間がかかる状況を確認しております。

証明書の発行元である CyberTrust社と協力し状況を確認しております。
ご迷惑をおかけしており申し訳ありません。

なお、デバイス証明書を利用した HENNGE Access Control へのログイン等には影響はございません。

We are currently observing a delay in the issuance and revocation of HENNGE Device Certificates for HENNGE Access Control.
