There appears to be an partial network outage within Microsoft's NZ/AU region online services (including teams, Outlook, o365, azure). This is being experienced by multiple ISPs, and is not an issue within our network. We are reporting as an incident here due to it affecting many users. We are looking at alternative network routes to reach Microsoft now.

MS Service reachability confirmed stable.

The issue with / within MS appears to be confined to one particular IX (Internet Exchange point).
We are now routing via another IX, and MS services are reachable / normal.
We will continue to monitor, but at this time, we believe there should be no further impact.
