Slack and Zapier messages are delayed

After further investigation and resolving the previous incident with Insights application latency, we determined both incidents are related and have the same root cause.

This incident is now resolved as a consequence of the resolution of the previous one.

While investigating this incident with Slack messages, we discovered that Zapier integration updates are also delayed, which means integrations using Zapier may take longer to process.

We're investigating an issue with Slack messages being delayed. This means that Hotjar integrations that use Slack may take longer to send messages to your Slack channels.
