Hoxhunt experienced an 11-minute service incident where individual user pages in User Management and the Agents page under Automations were inaccessible, displaying "Response not successful: Received status code 400" errors. While user lists remained viewable, users could not access detailed individual user pages during the outage. The issue was investigated and resolved, with all affected pages now loading normally.

This issue is now resolved and both user pages under User Management and Agents page under Automations now load.
We have identified an issue with user pages on User Management. While the user lists are still viewable, whenever you try to open an individual user's page, the following error is shown:
