Our vendor reports that service has been restored, and all sites are now accessible for the Huron compliance applications.
We will continue to monitor service throughout the day.
Earlier this afternoon, our vendor reported availability issues with a handful of RA&CS systems. These include ESTR-IRB, DUA Agreements, Research Safety, OAIR, and ECRT Effort Reporting.
At this time, our vendor is continuing to work with their partners to restore these services. The Harvard Research Administration Compliance System team is monitoring. We will provide further updates as they become available.
