Duo, Harvard’s two-step authentication vendor, is currently experiencing an outage that impacts SMS and phone authentication. The Duo device management portal is also inaccessible, preventing new device registration and existing device management. To access HarvardKey-protected resources, please use push, a one time passcode, or your YubiKey to authenticate.
