Network Connectivity Outage

Power has been restored to all affected locations, and wired and wireless network connectivity is fully operational.

We will continue to monitor the environment as power is fully stabilized. If you experience connectivity issues, please contact the HUIT Service Desk at 617-495-7777 or ithelp@harvard.edu.

Power and network connectivity have been restored to Agassiz, Byerly Hall, Fay Hall, Greenleaf, Knafel, Putnam, Schlesinger Library, and Wallach. Network connectivity remains unavailable at Alumnae Hall, 83 Brattle Street and 86 Brattle Street. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

Power and network connectivity have been temporarily restored to Fay Hall, Agassiz, Byerly Hall, Putnam, and the lower levels of Schlesinger Library. Services remain unavailable in the other affected buildings. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

We are aware of a power outage caused by damage to a utility pole affecting the following buildings: Agassiz, Alumnae, Byerly, 83 Brattle, 86 Brattle, Fay, Greenleaf, Knafel, Putnam, Schlesinger, and Wallach.
As a result, both wired and wireless network connectivity are currently unavailable in these buildings. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
